An afternoon at the U.S. National Arboretum in Wash DC on 4.1.00

Once again, another flawless day at the Arboretum. (see pictures from my visit August 99) After some misdirection that led us around on a brief tour of DC, Beth/Moppy & I arrived around noon. We had a map & a list of what's bloming & off we went. This year I plan on coming here about once a month. Today I was armed with my usual partner in crime, my Canon Rebel G EOS with a 28-80 zoom lens. The guest of honor was a borrowed a SONY digital still camera. It actually saves to floppy disks! (those free AOL disks have a use afterall!) So some photos are from the digital SONY, but most are from my Canon SLR. I will label them all accordingly. Check out their web site for yourself:
